Then you’ve come to the right place! We love sharing our enthusiasm for the legal profession with young people.
The fact that we are a relatively small firm means there is no cumbersome hierarchy. You can easily approach anyone, ask what they are working on and whether you can accompany them on a client visit or to a court session, for example.
You can also be sure with us that you will be put to work properly, not just watching from the sidelines. You will be given plenty of assignments, for example to investigate things, and we will involve you in the preparation of various cases. That will show you what working here is like and let you discover what you enjoy, what you are good at and whether you are cut out for a career as a lawyer.
Of course, you will also be able to join in our weekly drinks do. That is often a time when people bring each other up to date. In addition to their personal stories, our lawyers like to talk about what motivates them and the things they have experienced in their work. As the gathering gets more lively, so the tales get taller đ.
If you like the sound of a student internship at Bosselaar Strengers Legal Partners in Utrecht, the Netherlandsâ liveliest city, please contact Gerjanne van de Waerdt. You can send an e-mail to gerjanne.vandewaerdt@bosselaar.nl or call +31 (0)6 824 403 29.
We will want to know what degree you are doing, what year you are in and what extracurricular activities you do or have done (so make sure you can e-mail a CV).
Finally, please note that we only take on student interns who are in at least the third year of their degree programme. We have this restriction because we want to make sure you can get actively involved, and you need certain basic skills for that.
